  • Only 100% genuine products are sold.
  • Accessories such as dust bags, boxes, and guarantee cards are only included if explicitly mentioned in the Accessories section of the product listing.

  • Package size is limited. For large bags or bulk orders, packaging may be adjusted at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping is available on all orders.
    ※ Some remote areas are excluded. Please inquire for details.
  • Orders are shipped within 7 to 10 days, depending on the destination and courier conditions.
  • Items are shipped by order number priority.                             
  • Excluded Delivery Regions

    Due to courier restrictions, we currently do not ship to most countries in Africa, South America, certain territories in Oceania, and select regions such as Russia and French overseas territories.

Customs Duties & Regulations

  • Import duties and taxes are not included in our item prices or shipping fees.
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please verify potential customs costs with your local authority before purchase.
  • We cannot under-declare value or mark shipments as “gifts.”

Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted under normal circumstances.
  • If an exception is granted prior to shipment, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Stock & Price Updates

  • As items are also listed on other platforms, availability may change without notice.
  • Listings may be removed if the item sells elsewhere.
  • Prices are subject to change based on currency exchange rate fluctuations.

Return Conditions

  • All products are tagged for internal management.
  • To be eligible for return, tags must remain intact.
    Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival before removing the tag.
